QUALITY
From the first stage of manufacture, when the raw materials are selected, to the end where the final product is obtained, ETERNIA is characterized by the commitment that the company has to quality, research, development and design.
STANDARD
The standard applicable to the Eternia tiles is UNE-EN 13748-1 2005.
The values and characteristics required refer to:
- General (thickness, dimensional tolerances, shape tolerances, surface characteristics and visual appearance).
- Flexion resistance.
- Abrasion resistance.
- Slip resistance (at factory).
- Water absorption.
RAW MATERIAL CONTROL
Our laboratory selects the highest grade raw materials and tests them to ensure their quality.
Together with our suppliers at Eternia we keep permanent research to obtain materials expressly made in caliber and purity for our manufacturing process.
This allows us to get a product of high quality and aesthetics.
AUTOMATION AND TRACEABILITY
The production line is almost entirely automatic. This improves productivity and is always synonymous of quality.
Eternia has implemented a traceability system which allows us to know each production step the materials pass, from receiving it until delivering it to the customer.
The identification of production batches allows it to be used during the installation on site.
PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
TILESTONE is packed and supplied in boxes within pallets, the pallets are protected with an extensible plastic bag after being strapped with a hardened polyurethane band, assuring the immobility of the boxes and protecting it from any external adversity.
The palletized tiles are stored inside the warehouse until delivery, aiming to be served at their best conditions.
